This position carries the duties of an Associate Consultant, contributing to projects that implement and evolve enterprise solutions on Salesforce.What you will do as an Associate ConsultantYou will configure, build, document and validate digital solutions of basic to intermediate complexity. You will analyze user stories and requirements, flag gaps, dependencies and risks early, test your own deliverables, and document the configurations and decisions behind them.You will also propose improvements that raise the quality, efficiency and maintainability of our solutions, share knowledge and good practice with the team, and keep your technical knowledge and certifications current.Your role as a Functional ConsultantOn the projects where you are assigned as a Functional Consultant, you will help turn business needs into digital solutions. You will take part in gathering and analyzing requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and build the solution using the platform's declarative capabilities.You will work with data modeling, automation with Flow, security and data access, reports and dashboards, data loading and migration, functional testing and UAT, documentation, and deployments between environments.And we want to take that functional work a step further:



Artificial Intelligence is part of how we design solutions and how we work. You will have the chance to join projects that combine automation, AI and field operations — building experiences with Agentforce, Topics, Actions and Prompt Builder, and Field Service solutions that handle work orders, resources, scheduling, field technicians and mobile applications.The goal is not simply to learn how to configure a platform, but to build the judgment to understand a business problem and turn it into a working solution supported by automation and Artificial Intelligence.When a need goes beyond what the platform can do declaratively, you will identify and document the requirement and prepare the briefing the technical team needs to carry the build forward.What we look for in this positionWe are looking for graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields, with 2 years of professional experience.
