We combine general scale with strong local capabilities, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive culture focused on sustainable growth, innovation, and creating long-term value for our customers and communities.About the RoleWe are looking for a Talent Management & Culture Specialist to support the execution and coordination of key Talent & Culture processes across Latin America.This role will contribute to regional initiatives related to talent management, learning and development, onboarding, employee engagement, culture, DEI, employer branding, and HR reporting, working closely with HR teams and leaders across different countries to ensure consistent and timely execution.What You’ll Do / Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support Talent Management processes, including talent reviews, succession planning, performance management cycles, and related follow-up.Support regional learning and development programs, including training coordination, leadership and employee development workshops, participation tracking, and feedback.Coordinate onboarding processes, including materials, communications, and follow-up, helping ensure a consistent employee experience.Support employee engagement surveys, including participation monitoring, results consolidation, and tracking of action plans.Support the execution and follow-up of culture, well-being, DEI, CSR, and volunteering initiatives.Support employer branding and regional recruitment activities, including candidate coordination, assessments, university partnerships, and career events.Prepare internal communications and campaigns related to Talent & Culture initiatives.Prepare and deliver monthly Talent & Culture reports, dashboards, and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy, consistency,



and timely follow-up.Maintain accurate and updated information across HR systems, learning platforms, survey tools, and talent databases.Partner with HR teams and leaders across Latin America to coordinate processes, collect information, and ensure deadlines are met.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Operations, or related Human Resources roles.Knowledge of talent management processes, including performance management, engagement, learning and development, and succession planning.Experience working with HR data, reports, and KPIs.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and data visualization.Experience with HR systems and tools such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple processes and deadlines.Key Skills / Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting regional or multi-country HR processes.Previous experience coordinating engagement surveys, talent data, or HR reports.Exposure to employer branding or learning initiatives.Familiarity with competency-based selection methodologies.Basic knowledge of labor legislation across Latin America is desirable.Why Join Us?Join a global organization where you can make a meaningful impact, collaborate across countries and functions, and contribute to strategic business priorities.
