- Oversee record-to-report processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and improve internal controls related to accounting and finance processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

A successful Senior Analyst RTR should have:





- Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, particularly in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of record-to-report processes and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
