- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM–6PM EST
- Location: Hybrid (Medellín, Colombia)
- Contract type: Prestación de servicios (long-term potential)
- Salary: Up to $1,000 USD

Responsibilities

Quotation & Pricing

- Review customer inquiries and determine the appropriate products and pricing for quotations.
- Conduct cost analysis to determine pricing of goods.
- Prepare and submit quotations to potential customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on quotations and modify as necessary.




- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all quotations and related activities.

Purchasing & Supplier Management

- Buy directly from suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships, building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
- Identify and secure the best possible prices from vendors.
- Monitor market pricing to ensure the company's prices remain competitive.
- Establish strong relationships with vendors.

Requirements

- Experience in Quoting, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
- Experience buying directly from suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and build long-term supplier partnerships.
- Strong analytical and market analysis skills.
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and cost analysis.
- Attention to detail and understanding of how market pricing works.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, high-pressure, team-based environment with shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles.
