We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic University Partnerships Intern to join our University Partnerships Team (UPT). You’ll work closely with a global team that manages relationships with 150+ universities and helps students access transformative international experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the team across university engagement, alumni ambassador coordination, events, site visits, presentations, and marketing projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work with colleagues and partners around the world while developing practical experience in partnerships, international education, marketing, and project coordination.

The ideal person is someone who enjoys making things happen—someone who is organized, pays attention to detail, follows through on tasks,



and can confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the UPT team with day-to-day coordination, projects, research, and administrative tasks that help the team achieve its partnership and enrollment goals.
- Coordinate Alumni Ambassadors, supporting communication, engagement, scheduling, content collection, and ongoing program activities.
- Support career fair and conference participation, including logistics, registrations, materials, presentations, meeting schedules, and follow-up.
- Prepare university presentations and materials, helping the team deliver engaging and professional presentations to university partners and students.
- Coordinate the logistics of university site visits, including scheduling, itineraries, materials, communication, and follow-up.
- Support the marketing and distribution of UPT impact reports and other partner-facing materials, working with the marketing team where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, including data clean-up and regular follow-ups, across the CRM, spreadsheets, and other team systems.
- Support other UPT initiatives and projects as they arise, taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring they are completed on time.

YOUR SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- A strong interest in international education, university partnerships, marketing, or global business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude.
- Strong follow-through—you take ownership and make sure things get done.




- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
- Confident using digital tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Creative and resourceful, with an interest in creating engaging presentations and partner-facing materials.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in university, marketing, events, administration, student organizations, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Experience studying, working, or living abroad is a plus.
