Job Title: Cloud Platform Lead – Hybrid Bogotá

Role Mission

We are looking for an expert responsible for technology strategy and transformation, in charge of planning, designing, and executing robust architectures in multi-cloud environments (primarily Azure and OCI). Your objective will be to ensure that every deployed solution meets business needs, accelerating technological modernization through Cloud, automation, Artificial Intelligence, and intelligent agents, with the highest standards of security, performance, scalability, technical feasibility, and governance. We require a profile that is 60% Technical and 40% Transformation-oriented.

Strategic Responsibilities

- Strategic Alignment & Transformation: Define and lead the evolution of the technology architecture, aligning Cloud, modernization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence initiatives with corporate objectives and business needs.
- Quality Assurance & Architecture: Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, resilience, and security of platforms, validating that transformation, AI, and automation solutions comply with the defined technical, architecture, governance, and security standards.
- Knowledge Management & Innovation: Keep technical documentation up to date, define architecture standards and patterns, and act as a specialized advisor for internal clients and work teams, promoting the adoption of Cloud, AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Transformation Leadership: Define and support the technology transformation roadmap, prioritizing Cloud modernization, automation, AI, and intelligent agent initiatives, and ensuring their technical and operational adoption.

Key Functions

- Architectural Design & Modernization: Design, structure, and document Cloud architectures and technology transformation solutions following best practices in modernization, integration, APIs, automation, resilience, security, and scalability.
- Digital & Technological Transformation:



Lead migration, modernization, and evolution projects for applications, services, and infrastructure toward the cloud, defining technology roadmaps and enabling new digital capabilities.
- Governance, Optimization & FinOps: Define architecture directives, monitoring, observability, security, and cost control; evaluate modernization and optimization opportunities and establish governance criteria for Cloud, AI, and automation services.
- Innovation, AI & PoC: Lead Proof of Concept initiatives and pilots to validate new technologies and generative AI solutions; identify enterprise use cases and evaluate their feasibility, security, scalability, integration, and contribution to business transformation.
- DevOps Culture, Automation & AI Tooling: Define automation and CI/CD strategies. The candidate should be familiar with AI tools and agents (such as co-pilots, AI assistants, or agent-based tools) and have used them practically to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support technical and business processes in a secure and traceable manner.

Required Professional Profile

- Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in technology infrastructure, with at least 3 years specifically in Cloud platforms (Azure and OCI) and demonstrable experience in technology transformation projects, modernization, automation, and AI solution adoption.
- Certifications (Desirable): Specialization or current certifications in Cloud architectures (Azure, OCI, etc.).

Required Technical Expertise

- Cloud Platforms: Azure, Oracle Cloud.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM Templates.




- Infrastructure Core: Networking, storage, databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Cloud Security: IAM, security policies, cryptography, and perimeter security.
- Automation & CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, infrastructure automation and deployments oriented to technology transformation processes.
- Artificial Intelligence & Generative AI: Hands-on experience with generative AI, model and AI service integration, design of enterprise use cases, and application of AI in Cloud processes and solutions.
- AI Tools & Agent Familiarity: Familiarity with AI agent concepts and practical experience using AI tools (such as co-pilots, AI assistants, or agent-based tools) to enhance productivity and technical work as an architect.
- Technology Transformation & Cloud Architecture: Experience in application and infrastructure modernization, Cloud migration and adoption, service- and API-oriented architecture, integration, automation, observability, and technology roadmap definition.
- English Level: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1): The candidate must demonstrate proficiency for effective interaction with foreign vendors and technical teams in English at a B2 to C1 level, to be validated during the interview.

- Salary: $14,000,000 – $17,000,000 (Based on experience).
