About WON

WON redesigns how a business works: what its customers experience on the outside, and how its operation runs on the inside. We do that for retail and consumer brands, travel, hospitality, financial services, and private equity portfolios. We are not a consultancy that separates the thinking from the doing, and we are not a platform company with something to sell you.

Those two halves are our two disciplines: Experience Intelligence and Operational Intelligence.

This is not a social media job. We are not hiring someone to post content. We are hiring the person who will design, operate, and continuously improve the AI-powered media engine behind WON, turning every founder conversation, workshop, keynote, podcast, interview, and strategy session into a continuous stream of exceptional content across every major platform. The role sits inside Operational Intelligence and points that discipline at our own operation.

AI gives exceptional people extraordinary leverage. It increases capacity, it does not replace judgment.

That is the bet this role is built on: the systems absorb the repetition, and your taste decides what is actually worth publishing.

This role reports to the CEO and works directly with the technical team on the internal tooling behind the pipeline.

What You’ll Own

- The complete content production lifecycle: capture, intake, AI-assisted production, review, publishing, and the searchable library where everything lands
- Editorial judgment: which moments are worth cutting, which assets ship, and where the quality bar sits
- Coordination of editors and creative resources, including review of every asset before it publishes
- The measurement layer: production velocity, turnaround time, quality, and what the content actually does for audience and pipeline
- Work with the technical team to design the internal tooling behind the pipeline: ingestion from Zoom, Google Meet, Riverside, Loom,

etc, scoring of high-value moments, generation of titles, hooks, captions and platform-specific variations, routing through editing and approval, and scheduling across platforms
- Build the quality checks that run before publication, so moving fast never means shipping something that doesn’t align with the company's point of view or quality standards.
- Keep a prioritized list of what to automate next, with the manual cost of each item quantified, and bring it to the technical team as specific proposals rather than general frustration

How Success Is Measured

- By day 30, every meaningful conversation enters a structured production pipeline
- By day 60, production is predictable, measurable, and repeatable: volume and turnaround time are known numbers rather than estimates
- By day 90, WON consistently publishes more than 500 high-quality pieces of content a month
- By month 12, a large share of the work you did by hand in your first month runs through AI-assisted workflows you helped design
- Over time the capability compounds rather than resets: faster, more autonomous, and cheaper to run each quarter, and durable enough to outlast any one person operating it

What You’ll Bring

- Experience running a content or media operation end to end, in-house or agency, where you owned the pipeline and not a single stage of it
- Systems thinking evidenced by what you have built: a process you designed, documented, and then measurably improved

- Real fluency with AI tools in daily work rather than curiosity about them. You can describe a workflow you rebuilt around AI and what it saved
- Editorial judgment you can defend: you can articulate why a moment, a hook, or a cut is good, not just that it feels good
- Comfort operating with high ambiguity and little supervision, creating structure where none exists
- Fluent written and spoken English, with the precision to work closely with both creative and technical colleagues

Bonus points: hands on with OpusClip, Descript, Vizard, Submagic, CapCut or Canva; have used ClickUp, Slack and Google Workspace as an operating environment, not just a place to keep notes; publishing and scheduling at volume through Buffer, Metricool or similar; have specified or shipped an internal automation alongside an engineering team.

How We Work

- We use AI to remove operational friction, not to create more of it.

A system that costs more than it saves gets killed, not defended

- Experience with every tool is not required. The ability to master a new one quickly is
- We care far more about how you think than what your resume says. Finalists may be asked to complete a paid project using real WON recordings

- Compensation is $4,000 to $5,500 USD per month plus performance incentives tied to production volume, quality, automation milestones, and audience growth
- This is a founding role. The production capability you build becomes one of the firm’s durable operating assets, and you will have built it
- If six months from now you are still doing the manual work you did in your first week, we will both know it went wrong. The role is designed to automate itself forward

Most companies use AI to work a little faster. If you are excited by the idea of building the capability that produces the work, rather than simply producing the work, we would love to meet you.
