At Solutions & Payroll, we are looking for a Internal HR Analyst and Recruiter for one of our most important clients in the real estate sector

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from defining the profile to conducting interviews and preparing reports.
- Validate credentials, employment history, and manage confidential documentation.
- Design competency and cultural fit assessments to guide area leaders.
- Lead the comprehensive onboarding process (documentation, IT access, equipment setup, and initial follow-up).
- Manage employee records and files throughout their employment.
- Support performance evaluations, incentive analysis, and monitoring of improvement plans (PIPs).
- Ensure regulatory compliance, update internal policies, and provide support for payroll and audits.
- Collaborate with the operations management team on planning for the team and on culture and well-being initiatives.

What are we looking for?

- Academic Background: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Experience
- Professional: 1 years in recruitment, selection, HR Generalist, HR Operations,



or People Operations.
- Technologist: 3 years in recruitment, HR Operations, and employee lifecycle management.

- Desired: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes for the U.S.

- Skills and Knowledge: End-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR Operations, document management, Colombian labor law, ATS/HRIS management, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, handling confidential information, and preferably, knowledge of payroll/benefits.

- Residence: Bogotá D.C.

- Requirements: Conversational English level between B2 and C1. Availability to travel.

Contract type: Permanent.

Salary: COP $3,500,000 to $4,200,000 (Depending on experience)
