Role Summary

You will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent, managing recruitment processes from start to finish, and supporting our employees throughout their journey with the company. You will work closely with clients, candidates, employees, and internal teams while also contributing to HR, employee experience, culture, and employer branding initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities while providing an excellent experience to both candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job intake and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, ATS platforms, and other recruitment channels.

- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

- Assess candidates based on technical experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and role requirements.

- Coordinate interviews with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

- Maintain and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

- Keep candidate information and recruitment activity updated in the ATS.





- Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Prepare and coordinate job offers with internal stakeholders.

- Track recruitment activity and provide updates on hiring progress.

HR & Employee Experience

- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Provide support and follow-up on employee HR-related requests.

- Assist with employee documentation and HR processes.

- Support employee engagement, culture, and team-building initiatives.

- Contribute to internal communications and employee experience activities.

- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related content.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.

- Maintain regular communication and provide updates throughout recruitment processes.

- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps between candidates and stakeholders.

- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, employees, clients, and internal teams.

- Help ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate profiles.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

- 3 years of professional experience in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

- Strong candidate sourcing experience, particularly using LinkedIn.

- Experience working with ATS platforms.

- Advanced English, both written and spoken.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organization and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and people-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

- Previous experience working with international clients or remote teams is a plus.
