Job title: Hotel Client Success Manager (Remote, LATAM)

About the role x·quic is a hospitality technology company that helps hotels and management groups recover lost revenue and simplify how they get paid. We're hiring a Client Success Manager who has worked inside hotels and knows how they actually run. You'll own relationships with a portfolio of multi-property hotel groups and be their main point of contact after they sign. We'll train you on our platform. What we can't teach is real hotel experience.

What you'll do

•Manage a portfolio of hotel groups and management companies as their day-to-day partner

•Lead monthly check-ins and quarterly business reviews with owners, GMs, and executives

•Keep clients engaged, happy, and renewing, and step in early when an account is at risk

•Spot opportunities to add properties and services within existing accounts

•Coordinate onboarding so new hotels get connected and go live quickly





•Help keep client billing current and resolve account questions

What you bring

•3+ years of hotel experience, such as front office, revenue, operations, GM, or a management company (required)

•Experience in a client-facing or relationship-management role

•Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus

•Comfortable with executive-level conversations and managing many accounts at once

•Organized and consistent with follow-up, and comfortable working in a CRM

•Available during US Central business hours

Nice to have

•Experience with PMS systems, OTAs, or hotel technology vendors

•Familiarity with US hotel brands or US-based ownership groups
