A brokerage specialising in CFD trading is looking to hire a business development manager to generate new trading clients and grow revenue across existing clients. The company has been established for decades, expanding globally.

The role centres on affiliate and introducing broker marketing, with a focus on proactively growing the prospect base through client referrals and networking.

Key duties include regularly contacting and managing clients, marketing and affiliate partners to build strong, long-lasting relationships, and educating prospects and clients about the company's products, platform features and tools. The position involves reaching out to clients through all channels to meet management targets and deliver solutions on time. It also involves working with the marketing team to find growth opportunities in the territory, including localised products and offers, and identifying and screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies, requirements, potential and financials.



The role further covers planning and running local marketing events and campaigns as directed, hosting training and information sessions when needed, ensuring all activities meet compliance requirements, and building professional internal and external relationships that reflect the company's core values.

You will be someone who has demonstrated success in growing business and driving sales within retail focused CFD trading. You will also have a solid understanding of CFDs, integral markets and a range of trading and investment instruments. It's essential that you are a confident communicator who persuades, negotiates and presents effectively, with a talent for building connections and nurturing lasting professional relationships.
