About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our growing personal injury law practice. This is a remote position open to international candidates, and Spanish fluency is required as you will regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.
The idóneo candidate has prior experience in personal injury law, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients in both Spanish and English via phone, email, and text

Assist with client intake, case opening, and ongoing case management

Request and follow up on medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documents

Draft correspondence, legal documents, and demand packages

Maintain and update case files and client information in the case management system

Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties

Track deadlines and ensure files are organized and up to date

Support attorneys with administrative and legal tasks as needed
Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (required)

Prior experience as a personal injury legal assistant or case assistant

Ability to work remotely from outside the U.S.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable handling confidential information

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software

Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with U.S.-based personal injury law firms
