Job Description :

Key Responsibilities

- Add new hotels and update existing hotel profiles in TourCube.

- Assist with large-scale TourCube update and clean-up projects.

- Review existing hotel profiles to identify missing, outdated, inconsistent, or incorrect information.

- Maintain and update spreadsheets and trackers related to hotel data and ongoing department projects.

- Update hotel contacts and other partnership records within internal systems. Organize and maintain hotel contracts, fact sheets, images, rate documents, and supporting files.

- Assist with other data-entry, system maintenance, and Hotel Partnerships projects as needed.

Examples of Projects

- Updating connecting room information across the hotel portfolio.

- Reviewing and updating hotel room categories.

- Adding villas and specialty accommodations into TourCube.

- Updating hotel taxes, resort fees, and breakfast inclusions.

- Reviewing and updating hotel contacts.

- Cleaning up outdated or incomplete hotel profiles.

- Updating hotel amenities, policies, images, and descriptions.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.





- Highly organized and comfortable working with repetitive and data-heavy tasks.

- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and organizing spreadsheets.

- Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Comfortable learning new software, databases, booking platforms, and internal systems.

- Ability to research information online and accurately transfer information between different sources and systems.

- Comfortable managing multiple projects and keeping track of outstanding tasks.

- Interest in hotels, travel, hospitality, or tourism is a plus.

- Previous administrative, data-entry, hotel, travel, or hospitality experience would be helpful but is not required.

- Training on TourCube, hotel terminology, and internal processes will be provided.
