The General Talent Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating candidates through to placement.
You'll work closely with the recruitment team lead and clients, leveraging Ashby and AI tools to move quickly and accurately. In six months, you’ll run multiple searches end-to-end with minimal oversight, hit shortlist targets, and actively improve how the team uses AI day to day to speed
