We're looking for a Dispatcher to join our team in Medellín!
What will you do?
Coordinating and assigning loads to available drivers/carriers.Monitoring shipments through Track & Trace.Communicating with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams.Managing transportation documentation and updating information in the TMS.Identifying and resolving delays, route issues, and operational exceptions.Following up on shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.Supporting day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations.What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar logistics position.Experience in transportation, freight, trucking, or logistics operations.Knowledge of Track & Trace and TMS platforms is a plus.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.English level: B2 or higher.Ability to work on-site in Medellín.Location: MedellínPosition: DispatcherWork modality: On-siteSchedule: Full-time
