Johnson & Johnson is launching a two‐year Finance Leadership Development Program in Bogotá, Colombia.
You will rotate across Finance, FP&A;, Treasury, General Services, Compliance, and more, gaining hands‐on experience and leadership exposure.
Ideal candidates are finalizing their degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or Engineering with advanced English and a willingness to work in a hybrid Bogotá setup (3 days in office, 2 remote).
Visa considerations are a plus.
