Help Desk Technician Level 1 Location Colombia Remote position Schedule Monday to Friday 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (Colombia time) Candidates should have availability for occasional on-call support during weekends. On-call hours are paid as additional hours/overtime. Education Requirements High School Diploma, or Technical degree from SENA, preferably in a technology-related field. Completed university degrees are considered overqualified for this Level 1 position. English Level C1 English required Experience Minimum 1 year of Technical Support / IT Support experience. Main Responsibilities Install and configure software and hardware. Set up and maintain user accounts and passwords. Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues. Provide technical support via phone and email. Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.



Gather and analyze information about users technical issues. Determine appropriate solutions or troubleshooting steps. Required Skills Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge. Hardware and software support experience. Basic networking and connectivity knowledge. Strong communication skills. Customer service skills.
