You will be responsible for leading the company's technological and operational evolution, driving the modernization of platforms, the adoption of generative and agent-based artificial intelligence, modern architectures, blockchain, and new technologies that enable the development of scalable, secure, and innovative financial products.This role will oversee a technology organization of **more than 250 people**, so we are looking for an executive with the ability to develop high-performing teams, manage complex transformations, and turn technology into a strategic business enabler.
**Adecuado Professional Profile**Professional with a degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Graduate studies in Technology, Software Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Management, Innovation, Finance, or related fields will be highly valued.
**Essential Requirements:*** **Valid PMP**certification .
* Certifications or demonstrable training in agile methodologies.
* Solid knowledge of digital transformation and technological modernization.
* Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem and new digital economies.
**Required Experience*** Executive-level experience leading Technology, Engineering,



and/or Operations departments.
* Experience managing technology organizations with **more than 250 employees**.
* Leadership in transformation programs and the modernization of legacy systems.
* Experience evolving monolithic architectures into modern, distributed, and microservice-based architectures.
* Experience in **generative AI and agent-based AI** and their business applications.
* Knowledge and experience with blockchain technologies.
* Experience with the **Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and BNB Chain**networks .
* Experience in developing and launching highly complex technology products and projects.
* Knowledge of new economies, digital assets, and emerging technology models.
* Experience working with agile methodologies and management models at scale.
**Contract Terms*** **Salary:** 32,000,000 COP per month.
