If you want to make a difference at the center of health, come join our innovative company and help us improve the lives of people and animals everywhere.Job Details ResponsibilitiesHandles routine client operational issues and service requests, and escalates more complex matters as needed to maintain service continuity.Coordinates with account management, client services, technology, and business operations teams to help address operational issues and maintain effective service delivery for assigned work.Communicates with client contacts to understand operational needs, respond to questions, and help address service-related concerns.Reviews operational processes, identifies basic improvement opportunities, and contributes to actions that enhance service quality, efficiency, and compliance with established standards.Documents issues, resolutions, and recurring service activities to support knowledge sharing and ongoing process improvement.Performs routine troubleshooting for operational systems, processes, and service delivery issues using established procedures and guidance.Applies working knowledge of operational processes, technical procedures, and service practices in daily work and shares information with team members as needed.Shift: Hybrid- Monday-Friday, Weekends as needed (once a month).EducationBachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Advanced level of English, written and conversation skills.CertificationsCertification in customer service, operations management, or project management preferred.Work ExperienceLess than 2 years of experience in customer operations, service delivery, account management,
