About The Role

AlphaHire provides workforce intelligence for construction, infrastructure, energy, and other capital-intensive industries. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead compensation research and workforce analysis projects supporting U.S. clients.

This role combines project management with hands-on research, salary benchmarking, and clear reporting. Candidates must have experience supporting U.S. government contracts and translating complex requirements and data into practical deliverables.

Responsibilities

- Manage research projects from scope definition through final delivery, including timelines, priorities, and quality reviews.
- Analyze compensation, labor availability, and hiring competition across U.S. markets.
- Build salary benchmarks that distinguish base pay, incentives, benefits, and total compensation.
- Review project and contract requirements to identify relevant roles, labor categories, and reporting needs.
- Coordinate research contributors and communicate progress to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Produce clear reports and presentations with documented sources,



assumptions, and recommendations.

Qualifications

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in project management, compensation analysis, workforce research, or a related field.
- Direct experience supporting U.S. government contracts through a contractor, subcontractor, or consulting organization.
- Demonstrated experience with salary benchmarking, labor-cost analysis, or compensation research.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong attention to data accuracy.
- Professional English fluency, including client communication and report writing.
- Based in Colombia or Panama and available to overlap with U.S. business hours.

Preferred Experience

- U.S. federal contracting, labor-category mapping, or proposal pricing.
- Construction, infrastructure, energy, or skilled-trades compensation.
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent project delivery experience.
