About the Client:

We are building a consumer mobile app designed as a peer-to-peer trading card marketplace. While the platform supports various trading card games (including Pokémon), our most engaged, high-value users belong to card-for-card trading communities like Magic: The Gathering. We are looking for a self-driven marketer to take full ownership of user acquisition, community growth, and Top-of-Funnel awareness.

About the Role:

We are seeking an autonomous, execution-focused Social Media & Growth Marketing Specialist to build and scale our online presence. In this role, you will lead our growth marketing efforts, with a heavy initial emphasis on channel development and strategy across organic SEO, Reddit,



Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Set up and maintain a LinkedIn presence for brand credibility, employer branding, and investor/partner visibility, at low cadence.

You will coordinate with our Head Engineer and CMO to run experiments, engage niche hobbyist communities, and execute general marketing initiatives. This is an idóneo position for someone who understands niche/hobby collector cultures, thrives in community-led growth, and can hit the ground running with minimal oversight.

Role Responsibilities:
- Reddit Social Media Development & Community Growth: Lead our immediate low-hanging fruit opportunity on Reddit by engaging authentically in relevant subreddits, creating value-driven content, and driving organic adoption among TCG/CCG trading communities, while following subreddit self-promotion rules and reddiquette.
