Overview
We are looking for a Junior Atlassian Consultant to join our Bogotá team and grow into a full Consultant within our practice.
You will work alongside experienced consultants on client engagements while building deeper expertise across the Atlassian platform.
Products you will work with:
- Jira (project and work management)
- Jira Service Management (Assets and Operations for ITSM)
- Confluence (documentation and knowledge management)
- Jira Product Discovery (product roadmapping and prioritization)

- Rovo AI (AI search, chat, and agents across the platform)
- Rovo Dev (AI coding assistant, ranked #1 on SWE-bench)
- Bitbucket (source code management and CI/CD pipelines)
