Your Impact

· Implement and execute project control plans to support contractual obligations across a variety of projects.

· Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of planned value, actual cost, earned value, and schedule performance.

· Support the development of baseline budgets and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to manage project hours and expenses.

· Identify variances and recommend corrective actions to mitigate cost, schedule, or performance risks.

· Prepare monthly progress reports, billing packages, and financial accruals to support strong project financial performance.





· Assist in the preparation of reporting packages for project managers, leaders, and corporate stakeholders.

· Contribute to cost management, quality, change management, and risk management plans.

· Coordinate invoicing processes, compile monthly invoices, track approvals, and manage subcontractor payments and accounts receivable.

· Produce comprehensive project reports for project teams, clients, and senior leadership as required.

What Sets You Apart

· Diploma or degree in Project Management, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related discipline

· 2-4 years of progressive experience in project controls or cost controls within consulting, engineering, or construction environments

· Strong proficiency in Oracle Financial tools, Excel, forecasting, and financial analysis, including variance analysis

· Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6; ERP or project financial systems experience is a strong asset

· Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and confidence working with senior project team members.

· Mandatory English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages, verbally and in writing.
