Campaign Overview This campaign focuses on sales through chat and voice channels for a leading telecommunications company.
Working Conditions
Role: Sales via chat or voice for a telecommunications company.
Salary: COP $2,850,000 (bi-weekly payments) + uncapped sales commissions.
Contract Type: Indefinite term.
Work Schedule: 42 hours per week.
Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. (two days off).
Training + Nesting
Training (10 days)
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Days off: Saturday & Sunday.
Nesting (10 days)
42 hours per week.
Schedules assigned according to operational needs.
Education: High school diploma, technical degree, technologist, or professional degree.
Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a call center environment.
Location: Must reside in Bogotá.
English Level: B2+ - C1.
Spotify or Netflix membership (choose one) after the first month in operations.
