Oversee record-to-report processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Monitor and improve internal controls related to accounting and finance processes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting requirements.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
A successful Senior Analyst RTR should have:
Proven experience in accounting and finance roles, particularly in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of record-to-report processes and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
