Duties include document review, preparing for client meetings, depositions, hearings, trials, and management of assigned case files.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing cases from inception through trialMaintaining and organizing client documents and discovery materialsAnalyzing and digesting legal documents and medical recordsVetting witnesses and expertsCommunicating with expertsTrial preparationMultitasking and working efficientlyQualifications and requirements:Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies/Legal Studies or Paralegal CertificateMinimum of 3 to 5 years of paralegal experienceAt least 3 years of civil litigation experience involving personal injury at the state and federal levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong analytical abilitiesAbility to work independentlyStrong time management and organizational skillsPerks & Benefits:Comprehensive Legal Benefits (Colombia)As part of your contract,
