We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team and help drive growth through strategic outreach and lead generation.
Location: Hybrid (Medellín)
Contract: Indefinite-term Colombian contract

What You'll Do
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify opportunities.
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team.
Close straightforward opportunities when appropriate.
What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in B2B sales,



business development and lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound prospecting.
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Ability to create basic commercial proposals and presentations.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
