They need a hands-on accountant to own the day-to-day accounting operations and communicate directly with U.S. leadership in English.What You'll Do: full accounting cycle: month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statementsReview accounting records at a transactional level, verify entries are correctly recordedReport findings directly to U.S. leadership in EnglishMust Have:Advanced English (C1+), you communicate daily with U.S. clients or teamsFull-cycle accounting experience, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entriesBased in Medellín, available on-siteNice to Have:Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP or similar ERPsExperience working for or with U.S.-based companiesDon't Need:U.S. tax knowledgeYears of experience: we value technical depth and English fluency over seniority
