and available programs.Follow up with guests who missed scheduled tours and assist with rebooking.Maintain updated operational information and communicate changes as needed.Perform reservation validations and daily operational verifications.Support administrative and customer service tasks as required.QualificationsAdvanced English proficiency (B2+).
High School Diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, call center environments, or related roles.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
