Job DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Field Service Engineer to join our team .
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional on-site technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers throughout the region.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will combine technical expertise with strong customer service skills to ensure optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems at customer locationsPerform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performanceRespond promptly to service calls and emergency requests, prioritizing issues based on severityDocument all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions in detail using service management softwareProvide clear technical explanations to customers and offer recommendations for equipment optimizationCollaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and collaborate with other Field Service Engineers within the country.Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and submit timely reports on service completionTravel efficiently within the assigned zone to meet scheduled appointments and service commitmentsAdhere to safety protocols and company procedures during all field service activitiesContribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on equipment performance and customer needsTaking responsibility for personal warehouse/stock.Forwarding sales opportunities to Sales Representatives when instruments need to be replaced.Attending all necessary Anton Paar service trainings for the relevant product lines.Substituting for other Field Service Engineers within the country.QualificationsGraduate in Engineering or equivalent.One to Three years' experience in Hardware support or repair work.One to Three years in customer facing role.High technical and analytical problem-solving skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Fluency in English.Must maintain a current and valid driver's license.US VisaAdditional InformationWe Offer:Competitive salary, Corporate bonusesAttractive benefits package exceeding legal requirements.Work toolsOngoing training on our product lines.Opportunities for development both nationally and internationally.
