OverviewCustomer Master Data Team Lead, Customer Masterdata & Contract Management – SanofiLocation: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, ColombiaResponsibilitiesSupervise the team that delivers the best service for master data management to internal customers, ensuring a positive customer experienceMonitor KPIs and data quality, analyze deviations from targets and drive corrective actionsAddress operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely mannerManage stakeholders, both internal and externalCoach Master Data Analysts; team size is 7-10 FTEsDrive continuous improvement initiativesMaster Data Management, Sales Order Management, Requests and Disputes Management, Credit Risk and Credit Data Management, Collections and Customer Contact Management, Cash Application and Receivables Management, AR month-end closing, reporting and non-trade invoice managementEnsure master data is captured and maintained in the ERP with proper documentation, supporting accurate sales order management and reducing claims due to data issuesCollaborate with neighboring functions; ensure standardized interactionsMonitor operational KPIs and compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelinesIn coordination with the Master Data Manager and local stakeholders, elaborate remediation action plans and promote continuous improvement of the requests & disputes management processProvide supervision and coaching to Master Data Analysts; share expertiseAnticipate workload and allocate resources for effective and efficient deliveryOversee employee lifecycle management (recruit, evaluate, develop, reward, retain)Address performance issues and make recommendations for personnel actionsFoster a culture of collaboration, trust, and teamwork; advise on actions to improve retention and engagementQualificationsExperience: At least 3-5 years in Customer service,
