The Marketing Coordinator is in charge of the Creativity area and of the operational coordination of the prestigious technology company.The position executes, coordinates and manages, at an operational level, the creative workstream of local product launches, digital content, brand experiences and ambassador collaborations, within the brand strategy, brand territories, creative concepts, calendars and budgets defined and approved by the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations (to whom this position reports directly).
Working jointly with the in-house creative team, the Coordinator contributes to the conceptualization and development of the aesthetic and narrative line of campaigns; coordinates audiovisual production with vendors already contracted by the line manager; safeguards day-to-day compliance with brand guidelines across all touchpoints; maintains the library of approved assets with version control and traceability of approvals; and administers the pipeline, calendar and capacity of the in-house agency so that every deliverable meets quality standards, approval requirements and campaign timing.




The position proposes, develops, coordinates, documents, reports and escalates.
