Job Description
As a Research Assistant, you will support end-to-end research operations by identifying industry experts, conducting background research, coordinating client consultations, and ensuring compliance.
You will work closely with global stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making across multiple sectors.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, finance, statistics, or related field
3 to 5 years of experience
Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns in market data and industry trends
Excellent research skills with the ability to quickly learn new industries and business concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with senior executives
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or experience in market research, consulting, financial services, or related fields




Familiarity with expert networks, primary research methodologies, or investment research
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or research databases
Knowledge of major industry sectors and business terminology
Experience conducting interviews or qualitative research
Understanding of financial markets and investment processes
Your Daily Tasks
Research & Expert Identification
Conduct research to identify and recruit qualified industry experts across multiple sectors
Review reports, literature, and databases to understand market segments and competitive landscapes
Locate potential expert candidates via LinkedIn, industry databases, and professional networks
Evaluate expert qualifications and ensure alignment with project objectives
Project Support & Coordination
Schedule expert consultations, meetings, surveys, and roundtable events
Prepare briefing documents and project materials
Maintain accurate documentation and track engagement activities
Data Collection & Analysis
Conduct screening interviews to evaluate expert knowledge depth
Collect, record, and organize research data following quality standards
Support survey design and implementation
Assist in analyzing findings and preparing internal reports
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure recruitment and interactions comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements




Maintain complete research records, screening notes, and communication logs
Follow confidentiality and data privacy protocols
Support maintenance of audit-ready documentation
Administrative & Operational Support
Communicate with clients, experts, and internal teams on project logistics
Process scheduling requests, expense reports, and attendance records
Maintain organized databases of expert contacts and research materials
Participate in team meetings and help improve research workflows
