We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager – First Line Compliance to join our team in Bogotá.
This role is critical in ensuring that our operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.About the RoleAs part of the First Line Compliance function, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and managing compliance and operational risks.
You will act as an independent reviewer, work closely with internal stakeholders, and support audits while helping to strengthen our overall risk and compliance framework.Ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements across operationsSupport and guide operations during internal and external auditsAct as an independent reviewer to evaluate, investigate, and resolve compliance issuesIdentify potential compliance risks and develop corrective action plansPrepare and present regular compliance reports to senior managementEducate and train employees on compliance guidelines and best practicesSupport fraud risk assessments, process controls,
