OverviewSutherland is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to deliver the technical aspects of product deployments for NICE Systems' customers.
This is a technical consulting role which involves direct interaction with customers to understand their business data and to design and implement creative solutions to integrate the data with the NICE Performance Management Application.
NICE Integration Engineers also design and develop end-user functionality such as forms, workflows and reports for customer implementations.ResponsibilitiesImplement custom deployments of the NICE product suite for clientsIntegrate NICE's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, XML, and scripting languagesWork closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping, form and workflow design and implementation,
