We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive enterprise cloud infrastructure delivery on Google Cloud Platform and align cross-functional teams on clear outcomes. You will own plans, risks, and stakeholder communication across global time zones and help ensure reliable cloud pipelines.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery for GCP infrastructure and cloud pipeline programs
- Define program scope, milestones, schedules, dependencies, and resource needs
- Coordinate engineering, operations, and product teams to meet program objectives
- Drive stakeholder alignment and deliver concise, regular status reporting
- Manage delivery risks and operational issues with clear mitigation and escalation paths
- Oversee infrastructure rollouts to meet quality, performance, and reliability expectations
- Collaborate with integral teams and support coordination with PST-aligned activities

Requirements

- 2+ years of technical program management experience in cloud or infrastructure programs
- Proven leadership skills coordinating distributed, cross-functional teams across time zones
- Strong project planning skills covering schedules, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery governance
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud-native approaches
- Solid experience with cloud migration and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Working understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD delivery models




- Practical experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code delivery
- Strong risk management skills with ability to identify, track, and mitigate delivery and operational risks
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with clear communication to technical and business audiences
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

- GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification or equivalent
- PMP certification
- Scrum certification
- Experience with GCP networking and security fundamentals
- Experience defining and tracking OKRs for program delivery
