They are a remote-first team of strategists, creatives, operators, and data thinkers who move quickly, think big, and care deeply about delivering great work.About the Role:Lead paid social strategy and campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.Own campaign builds, launches, QA, ongoing optimization, and budget pacing - start to finish.Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding - with clear documentation of rationale.Serve as a primary client contact - run performance calls, deliver clear recaps, and proactively communicate wins, risks, and recommendations.Write clear, compelling performance recaps and updates that translate data into business-relevant narratives.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics,



and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs.What We're Looking For:3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience, senior enough to operate with full independence.Expert-level Meta and TikTok platform fluency; YouTube and Pinterest aplus.Strong analytical instincts, you read performance, form a hypothesis, take action, and document what you learned.Detail-oriented with a track record of error-free execution across complex account structures and larger budgets.Proactive and autonomous, you surface issues before being asked and bring solutions alongside problems.Experience with measurement & attribution frameworks across the funnel (brand lift, sales lift, search lift, e-commerce) a plus.Qualifications:Accounts are running cleanly - launched on time, structured correctly, budgets pacing accurately.Optimizations are consistent, thoughtful, and documented - the team can follow your logic.Clients feel informed and confident - you're proactively sharing updates, not just responding to requests.Performance recaps are clear and strategic, not just metrics exports.You're flagging strategic opportunities and risks without being asked.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $3,500 USD/monthFull-Time Position: Monday-FridaySchedule: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EDT100% Remote work environmentUnlimited PTOSick DaysUS American HolidaysContract: Independent Contractor#J-18808-Ljbffr
