Job Description:

Responsible for the deployment, configuration, customization, and support of Cloud-based Digital Solutions and SCADA systems for Oil & Gas customers. Serves as a Technical Lead, ensuring projects, customer requests, and system implementations are delivered efficiently, on time, and with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Install, upgrade, configure, and support SCADA and Digital Solutions applications in Cloud environments.
- Design and implement medium to complex software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Develop custom solutions, integrations, scripts, workflows, reports, and system visualizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, communication, and SCADA-related issues.
- Support customer requests, system enhancements, and technical training activities.
- Participate in software testing and release validation activities.
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and contribute to project planning and budgeting.
- Conduct customer visits and maintain documentation in Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, security, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience deploying and debugging enterprise software in Microsoft environments.




- Knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
- Experience with ETL tools and techniques.
- Experience integrating applications and working with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of IIS, web security, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Experience with SCADA software and hardware.
- Experience with SCADA protocols including MODBUS, OPC, and MQTT.
- Understanding of OT and IT architectures supporting SCADA applications.
- Ability to serve as a Technical Lead for medium to large projects.
- Programming knowledge in C#, PowerShell, SQL, or Python.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CygNet SCADA software.
- Experience with ForeSite or similar platforms.
- Experience with Data Analytics and Business Intelligence applications.
- Customer-facing software support experience.
- Exposure to Project Management responsibilities.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Oil & Gas industry experience in Production Optimization and Artificial Lift.
- Experience with RTUs, PLCs, communication devices, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of SCADA concepts, practices, and procedures within the Oil & Gas industry.
