Agile Engine is seeking a Mule Soft Developer to own the Java/Mule Soft integration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud to upstream and downstream systems. This role builds and maintains API integrations, data synchronization, and incident support that power case creation and orchestration.

Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role. You will monitor health KPIs, triage alerts, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless Case workflows.
