Agile Engine is seeking a Software Engineer with Java and Mule Soft expertise to own backend services and platform-level engineering supporting a Case object ecosystem. You will strengthen service logic, data processing, and platform reliability alongside Salesforce Service Cloud integrations.

Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on‑call rotation are part of the role, with a focus on diagnosing API/integration failures and maintaining health across core Java services.
