Overview

We are seeking a commercial and business leader to head our Media Investment & Partnerships unit in Colombia. with more than 5 years of experience leading media, marketing, advertising, trading desk, media investment, or partnerships businesses in Colombia, with a proven commercial track record and experience in similar leadership roles. This individual will be responsible for accelerating business growth, developing strategic relationships with media owners and platforms, leading high-impact commercial negotiations,



and ensuring business profitability.

Lead the Media Investment & Partnerships operation in Colombia, ensuring the achievement of the business’s strategic objectives, with a primary focus on commercial growth, adoption of the product portfolio (APEX On the Move, APEX Shop, APX Guaranteed), and sustainable profitability, driving continuous transformation of the operating model and the evolution of value-driven solutions for local clients and partners.

Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy of APEX (Media Investment & Partnerships) in Colombia, defining sales plans, pricing, and go-to-market strategies for each solution within the portfolio.
- Personally drive the closing of opportunities with local and multinational clients operating in Colombia, as well as sister agencies within the group (Spark, Digitas, Zenith, Starcom).
