Join us as Kruger’s first dedicated AI Specialist—a hands-on, cross‑functional role building AI solutions for both manufacturing operations and enterprise Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. You’ll design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications in a Microsoft Azure and Fabric environment, shaping how AI is adopted across the business.

What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy AI/ML models for manufacturing KPIs such as predictive maintenance, process optimization, yield improvement, and quality prediction.
- Integrate AI into ISA-95‑based architectures, MES, SCADA, and historian systems.
- Design solutions leveraging time‑series data, sensor readings, and process control logic.
- Work directly with process engineers and continuous improvement teams to validate and refine models on the shop floor.
- Embed AI insights into Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Azure Synapse, and Power BI dashboards.
- Generative AI & Automation




- Develop GenAI assistants and copilots to improve workflows in HR, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
- Build LLM‑powered applications using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt chaining, and fine‑tuning.
- Implement agentic AI workflows for automated document routing, task triage, and intelligent recommendations.
- Combine reasoning, data querying, and task execution in multi‑step AI pipelines.
- Infrastructure & MLOps
- Design scalable, reusable machine learning pipelines using Azure ML, Databricks, and Fabric notebooks.
- Set up robust model governance (drift monitoring, explainability, lineage tracking).
- Deploy models using CI/CD for AI, model registries, and Azure Containers.
- Evaluate and integrate third‑party AI tools, LLM platforms, and vendor solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases with measurable ROI.
