This person strengthens service logic, data processing, and platform reliability alongside Salesforce Service Cloud integrations. Production troubleshooting, incident support, and on-call rotation are part of the role.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Own backend Java services and platform-level engineering supporting the Case object ecosystem, including service logic, data processing, and platform reliability for case-related features.- Contribute to active engineering efforts across internally owned daemons and MuleSoft capabilities, with a focus on the integration layer.- Support stakeholders and their reps in Service Cloud, partnering with internal teams on integration-related issues affecting Cases and case workflows.- Diagnose and resolve API/integration failures impacting downstream Salesforce Service Cloud processes.- Participate in the DFR (Developer First Responder) rotation and Ops Review process as a core, non-optional responsibility.- Triage critical alerts related to backend service/platform health and monitor platform health KPIs for core Java services.- Handle "keep-the-lights-on" injects,
