This role leverages technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvements across digital account opening and online banking platforms. This role requires the Senior Manager to be proactive, self-driven, and passionate about offering the best in-class digital experience for our customers.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy in alignment with overall business goalsServe as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for digital account opening and online banking platformsMaintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platformsProvide technical support to business partners and internal teamsDevelop and maintain internal technical documentationDevelop proof-of-concept (POC) solutions to validate technical feasibilityCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancementsCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendorsStay current with emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impactEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital bankingPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field requiredMinimum of6years of experience in technology required preferably in Financial Services and/or BankingMinimum of3yearsof experience as a front end or full stack developer, preferably within financial services requiredStrong understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.G., microservices, event-driven architecture)



and cloud computing principlesProficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation, including API specifications, sequence diagrams, and detailed system designsProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; Experience with Python highly preferredProven experience working on integrating various platforms such as Q2, Alloy, MANTL, Finxact, or similar online banking platforms is highly desirable, including understanding their APIs, data structures, and implementation methodologiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the BankProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailOutstanding problem-solving and time management skillsSelf-motivated, self-directed, and results-orientedAdaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentCan work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach$125,000 - $150,000 a yearThe pay range for this position is above.
