We're looking for a Process Excellence & Performance Supervisor to help improve efficiency, productivity, and operational performance across our Integral Operations Center.

This role is idóneo for someone with experience in freight forwarding and perishable logistics who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, creating operational standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational performance, productivity, and workload trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Document and standardize operational procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor capacity, transaction times, and resource utilization.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Support process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
- Work closely with operations teams to solve problems and improve service quality.
- Participate in new process implementations and operational projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics,



Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Transportation Management, or a related field
- Previous experience leading and managing teams
- Experience in freight forwarding and perishable logistics
- Knowledge of import, export, and customs processes
- Hands-on experience with CargoWise
- Experience with process improvement and operational analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced English (B2+) required
