Claims Specialist l Bogotá, Colombia l On-site

We are looking for a Claims Specialist to join our team and support the management and follow-up of accident and insurance claims within the U.S. transportation industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting information after accidents or incidents, coordinating with internal teams and insurance providers, and ensuring claims are properly tracked and followed up on from start to resolution.

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in claims, insurance, safety, risk management, or a related field.
- Required: experience in the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a timely manner.
- Comfortable communicating with drivers, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and organizing information.
