- Own the Full Recruitment Cycle Across LATAM: Manage end-to-end hiring for Performance, Programmatic, and Planning specialists — from job posting and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and closing. Navigate regional nuances while keeping the process efficient and aligned with business needs

- Build and Scale a LATAM Talent Pipeline: Source talent across the region using LinkedIn, job boards, local professional networks, and internal referrals. Develop real market fluency and stay ahead of hiring demand

- Drive Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and fix them. Implement best practices that improve speed, candidate experience, and hiring quality

- Deliver a Strong Candidate Experience: Build genuine relationships with candidates, every interaction should reflect well on AI Digital, regardless of outcome

- Partner with Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor — guide structured interviews, candidate evaluation, and regional best practices to help managers hire with confidence

- Contribute Beyond Recruiting: Get involved in TA initiatives — AI tools in recruiting, employer branding, compliance, and internal training

Job requirements





- 2+ years of in-house recruitment experience — with a focus on digital marketing roles such as media buyers, planners, strategy managers, or programmatic specialists. Experience at a digital agency or adtech company is a must

- Experience hiring across LATAM markets — understanding of the regional talent landscape is essential

- Fluent English (C1) — you'll be working with candidates and stakeholders across geographies daily

- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and what great candidate experience looks like

- Proactive and autonomous — you don't wait to be told what to do, you own your pipeline and drive it forward

- Data-driven approach — you track your funnel, know your conversion rates, and use numbers to make decisions

- Actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work — sourcing, writing, research, or process optimization
