About the Position
We are seeking a warm, process-oriented Recruiter to drive our tech hiring processes and support day-to-day HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-lifecycle recruiting pipelines for software engineering, design, and administrative roles
Source passive engineering talent in Colombia and Latin America using LinkedIn and developer networks
Screen candidate profiles, conduct HR culture-fit interviews, and coordinate engineering tests
Coordinate new employee onboarding experiences, hardware setups, and welcome packages
Support internal culture initiatives, team-building events, and developer happiness checks
Requirements & Technical Skills
2+ years of technical recruiting experience, sourcing and screening software developers




Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening capabilities
Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing platforms
Highly structured approach to interview tracking and applicant documentation
Excellent conversational English skills
