We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
to lead business analysis activities within the
Consumer Products & Rights
domain, bridging business needs, technology, and Agile delivery.
You will work with business stakeholders, technical consultants, engineers, QA, product teams, and senior IT leadership.
Your Team
You will work as part of a cross-functional technology and client team, interacting with technical consultants, application specialists, senior IT professionals, engineers, account managers, business stakeholders, and customer leadership.

Responsibilities
Lead business analysis throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Elicit, analyse,



and translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, backlog refinement, prioritisation, and Agile ceremonies.
Develop business architecture and process documentation, including gap analysis and workflow improvements.
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
Support UAT, defect triage, and end-to-end validation.
Mentor junior analysts and manage multiple priorities in a integral environment.
Skills
5+ years of Business Analysis experience
in a complex technology environment.
Strong experience with
Agile/Scrum, user stories, requirements gathering, and backlog management
.
Strong business process analysis and
business architecture
skills.
Experience working closely with
business, engineering, product, and QA teams
.
Experience with
UAT and defect management
.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in
Consumer Products, Rights Management/Licensing, Media, Entertainment, or Content
is a strong advantage.
Exposure to
SQL, reporting tools, or Rights Licensing platforms
is a plus.
