TP-Link Colombia is looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategy and operations, supporting business growth while strengthening our culture, employee experience, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of talent.
- Manage training and development initiatives.
- Lead employee engagement, organizational culture, and employee experience programs.
- Partner with managers and business leaders on people-related matters.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, social security, and personnel administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with Colombian labor legislation and company policies.
- Manage HR KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Lead performance management and talent development processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Support organizational development and strategic HR projects.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in leadership or management positions.




- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor legislation.
- Experience managing recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience working with HR metrics and reporting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English proficiency – required.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments is a plus.
